"Duel" skill idea

I want to create a skill thats called "Duel".

The Idea is that either an actor or enemy duels a foe. So both can only target each other for a few turns, however all other battle participants are able to freely chose their target, without being able to target the ones who are in the duel.

Any ideas how to create that?^^'

Yanfly's old Tips and Tricks videos included a breakdown of how to make exactly that: Single Target Provoke.

Despite what the tags imply, the Taunt plugin isn't needed, only Buffs & States Core, which is free- The <ignore _ taunt> tags are just to make the skill work correctly in case you were already using Taunt for other skills in your project.

But the problem is that the one who uses "provoke" is still able to choose their target, instead of also being forced to target the provoked enemy.
And everyone else can target both duelists, which I also dont want.

So basically that is just a single target taunt, but thats not what I am looking for sadly :/

If it is to hard to get everyone else to not being able to target the duelists i would just dump that idea.
But the user of the skill should only be able to target the provoked enemy aswell, since the Idea is a duel between an actor and one enemy :)

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
one bad plugin combo later and one of my followers is moonwalking off the screen on his own... I didn't even more yet on the new map lol.
