Here there game makers! I was using yanfly's overkill and jp system as well as mog's combo counter and aftermath for a game I'm developing when I began to wonder, "Is it possible to get extra gold, JP and drops from stuff other than overkill?" Which made me also wonder what stuff would I want to reward the player for?
Right I think I should make it into a variable that starts at 0.
Every one hit kill is +50
Every overkill is +30
Every weakness or crit is +5
Every combo is +the number of hits
Every dodge, reflect, counter or resist is +10
I also want it to decrease when the battle is against you
Every party death is -50
Every weakness or crit -5
Every miss, counter, reflect or resist is -10
At the end of the battle all of it should be added up and the results should determine a rank of S A B C D E F and depending on the rank it should show multiply the gold and JP by a specific amount as well as gain access to certain drop items I thought about using it for exp as well but that would make leveling up to easy but it would encourage grinding... I leave that for now. Anyway does anyone know how to do this?
