DynRPG compatible with new 2003 versions?

Today i bought RPG Maker 2003 on Steam thanks to a winter offer in the Humble Store, but about DynRPG, is it compatible with the newer versions of RPG Maker 2003 other than the original japanese / fan translation version?

I remember there were workouts of a Front View battle system in OFF and Cognitive Dissonance and advanced events in some RPG Maker 2003 games
