EasyRPGplayer - Can I use this?

So... was browsing for games at rmn and saw this in one comment and decided to look it up.

It's an emulator to play RPG2k/2k3 games from what I've read. Emulators are okay from what I've known but just asking here to be on the safe side.

Why would I want to use this when I can play games on pc? Well I have my phone on me more than my pc so... yeah.

If this is indeed illegal by any ways and you guys want take them down, I'm not liable for anything.

The games themselves are free so I don't see an issue with it. Emulating has never been illegal, it's just pirating games that is.

At least, not in the US. I would check the laws where you live if it's elsewhere.
