Introduction

This simple plugin adds a way to limit the amount of each item the player can have.

Features

• Limit the maximum amount of each item/weapon/armor the player can have through the item note tag using numbers or variable values.

How to use

To assign a maximum quantity for each item, put in the notes field:
<MaxAmount: yy> * It is case sensitive
Replace 'yy' with the amount you want.
You can also use \v[id] to use a max value from a variable value.

- Fixed a problem where the item list was not drawing properly the item numbers when the max default is set above 99. Like 999 or higher.

- Fixed an error where the Max Items was calculating the max amount without considering if the item is a piece of equipment or not.

- Fixed a bug that weapons/armors with the max amount of 1, when unequipped, were not putting the equip back into the inventory, but instead, discarding it forever.

Hey there! Do equipped items count towards this limit as well? Say I only want the player to have one ring. If I buy the ring and have someone wear it, will the game let me buy another?

That's unfortunately how visustella's version works, so I'm hoping yours counts equipped items in the limit as well.

Hey mate. Come across an error with this script. When I unequip an item, it seems to disappear, not going back to inventory at all.

When I buy the item and wear it, with max item as 1, the game won't let me buy another, which is working as intended, but once I remove it, it disappears from inventory completely.

I'm in the process of converting all locks and intimidate/persuade dialogue options into D20 DC based success/fail (modified by player skill). Before, it required a certain flat amount you had to meet, but with rolls, it offers more freedom. For instance, you can repeatedly try to unlock a door instead of just not meeting the requirement to unlock it.
Since we get very close: If you want to enjoy the advent calendar as it is intended, wait til your date and the day in the URL line up, so you have the final day on actual christmas and not the day before... time zones ;3
