Enabling steam coupon for published games

This has been a question I've had for awhile so I thought it'd be good to ask on the forum to get some insight and opinion. Currently, there is the ability for developer to enable coupon drop (33%, 50%, 66%, 75%, 90% discount) for (100, 500, 1,000, 2,000, 5,000) coupons a day on steam. Has anyone have any result in turning on these coupon drops? What's everyone opinion on it?

Very minimal from my experience so far (with 10 games on Steam). Hardly anyone uses them, they end up getting traded most of the time.

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
