Okay, so I'm not sure if I can provide the best description of what I'm thinking of. We all know how difficult it can be to balance the gameplay for a game. Well, what if you want enemies to scale a little bit with your characters, but only to a certain point, so each area becomes progressively easier as you grind and level up? Well, there are scripts that allow for that, but getting enemies stats and getting the damage output and everything just right is difficult. What I'm suggesting, if it isn't to difficult, is a script that allows you to set the enemies stats based on the players stats at battle start. So let's say we take the average stats of the party and we vary them individually. HP for the enemy is obviously higher than the character, but what about other stats? We could vary this high or low depending on the challenge you want to give your player. Obviously certain stats would be lower to allow for damage and so the players wouldn't die quickly, but with this, you could have a truly open-world game like Skyrim and the enemies would scale to your level. It adds a whole new gameplay mechanic and an interesting twist. If anyone can do this or thinks this is possible, I would like to hear your thoughts.
