Ironically, the title doesn't actually say it all. Are you merely looking for a plugin that just HAS enemy HP bars? Because a google search for "rpg maker mv enemy hp bars" would have given you this as the second result: http://yanfly.moe/2015/11/21/yep-30-visual-hp-gauges/
