RMMZ Equip skill by script for Unagi Tooros Abilitysystem plugin

I like the plugin but it would be cool if I could pre-equip a skill before the player gets access to the system so as to drip feed features.

I do like the plugin. Would be a cool feature.
Some additional feature requests:
•<Maxcost +x/-x> notetag to be able to increase/decrease slots
•<Maxcost: x> notetag for classes (currently actor only)
•Default max cost setting if no max cost is set
