This is kind of a strange question, but I'm not even sure where to start.

In my game, there will be specific items that are useful for side quests but that the character can sell for a good amount of money. For example, she can find antiques that a collector is looking for, but she can just sell them and pocket the money if so desired. What I'd like is a merchant unlocked very late in the game that somehow keeps track of these items when they're sold and will sell them back to you at a mark up.

So I guess what I need is two things:

1) How can I keep track of when a specific item is sold?

and

2) How can I add items to an already established shop?

Thanks!

I guess there are plugins to make it easier, but you could just event it by:

1) comparing item quantities before and after shop event.

2) make your shop with script calls and have conditionals on what items to add to the array. Or I think you can also just use 'show choices' here to event the buying of unique items.

Which plugins would you recommend to accomplish this?

Mad O' Malley... a stick figure that's afraid of it's existence being erased. so they always start battle in an anxious state.
Before, I was drawing all the sprite work, super big and shrinking it down. Which was really time consuming if thing's changed. So instead I'm drawing the characters sketch, and then remaking it with pixel art instead.
Why are job interviews so terrifying. :kaodes:
