Is there a plugin out there that changes the value of a variable when a certain equipment piece is equipped?

And is there a plugin that adds skills when you equip something but removes then when you unequip? Can't seem to find these two.

no need for a plugin, that is the default behaviour of the add skill trait if used on an equipment

There should be plugins to run common events on equip - that is more general and more usefull than limiting things to variable counting
