Error:The manifest file does not exist for Android Deplayment

I have follow the steps carefully in the tutorial and from dos prompt I have nagivate into the Output\sample\www folder and run python C:\crosswalk-10.39.235.16\make_apk.py --package=com.example.sample --manifest=manifest.json.


But it return with "Error: The manifest file does not exist."


I have created the manifest.json text file in the www folder why is this happening, anybody know how to solve this?
