error: the manifest file does not exist. HELP!!!!

Hello my friends
I hope you're all good.
I explain you the problem.
I made an app with RPG Maker MV and i made it an apk for android and i want to publish it on play store.
The thing is i want to sign it after made it.
I'm doing this: (imagen).
i have the manifest document in the www folder.
What should i do ?
