I got the Norton issue resolved.

Where is the game? I installed it and it is nowhere to be found on my computer. I also open the game's folder and nothing is there.

Norton deleted it before you resolved it. Have you tried to redownload after resolving the Norton issue?

Try going to the Program Files directory. That's what I had to do after installing it. Make sure Norton is disabled when installing, otherwise it will just give you problems. BlackNekos should reach out to all the AV companies about the false positive. It's a pain to do, but I had to work with Norton and McAfee for my game, because it was flagged as a false positive too

I installed the game and the game is not appearing. I checked the program folder and the game is not there. There's no desk icon for the game. Pretty much nothing.

That's not normal. It's for sale on my website and nobody ever reported such issue. You probably still have an issue with Norton.

It's not a Norton problem. The Norton problem has been resolved because I set the program to accept the file. The game was installed and is not appearing.

By the way I downloaded the trailer.

Lol, had the same issue with my own game when I downloaded it through my website.

Norton deleted the file... Then I clicked on 'More informations' and it says something like "The file is dangerous because it is unknown" -_-

In a window from Norton then, I had the opportunity to restore the file

I honestly read the your forum's topic about this game. I see people were able to buy it. I also saw many people having problems with the trailer. A lot of people said when they installed it there was no game file. No one had a solution.

Yeah apparently there are many people on both sides... it didn't do bad on my website though (2nd in July), now wondering how it would have done had everybody been able to play the actual game xD
