Event alignment regarding doors

I made a set of doors to put in the character folder to use as a graphic in transfer events to simulate opening doors. The only problem I have now is that, when testing the game, the bottom of the door does not align with the bottom of the wall. As a result, the door doesn't look properly placed. Any ways to fix it?

Try adding an exclamation point to the beginning of the filename for that character graphic (!Doors instead of Doors) and see if it looks any better.

By default, all sprites are shifted to give the illusion of a person walking in the grid. The ! in the filename tells the engine that the sprite is not a person and needs to be aligned to the grid without shift - if you look into the RTP in the resource manager, you'll see several sprites that use this.

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
