So I created an event for saving using crystals (Cause Crystals move and are shiny. Oh shiny thing -follows it around-)

However I'm curious how to make a switch to make sure that they can't spam what I kept in it.

(I've decided to add little gold or exp bonuses per save crystal and I do not wish for players to spam them)

I know I should use a switch...but which one? And how should I implement it?

Here's the event I created in tab 1:

So as you can see...I wish to keep the normal text for Tab 2 but without the gain gold option (Healing people is fine)

Edit 1: Also how can I add spoilers? It'll make something like above, with images or links, easier. I found a code on the forums but it didn't seem to work.

First Question:
That's quite Easy. Create a Switch and call it something like "Saved State". When the player selects to Save State, create a Command that activates that Switch. Then, create a New Event Page, and, in the Conditions Section (top left corner of the Event screen), Mark the option that has "Switch ________________ is ON". Select that Switch to be the "Saved State" and do whatever you want to do to warn the player that he cannot save it anymore.

Second Question:
Write this:

Code:
[spoiler]INSERT MESSAGE/IMAGE HERE[/spoiler]

RMMV
Thats correct. but if you plan on making several of these crystals you're better off using self switches.

Self Switches seem to work.

Ah the thing I found on the forum post was

[spoiler$] end with [\spoiler$]
And that should've been obvious *Epic facepalm* Thanks. You were extremely helpful

Yes, that's a second option.
Second options are fun...sometimes

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
