Being an avid user of YEP, I've noticed that there were a lot of ways to add notetags, but one type I'm having a gripe with at the moment is Event Notetags.
In my opinion, the Comment Notetags seen in YEP_EventMiniLabel are more versatile and visible than the Event Notetags seen in other plugins, as the Event Note Bar is restrictively small while comments are pretty much free range, far more than event Skill, Actor and Weapon noteboxes. As far as personal taste goes, I think the only thing Event Notetags have over Comment Notetags is that one notetag is enough to affect 10 pages of the same event, but it brings an issue of its own.
Personal experience, with the YEP_SmartJump plugin (my fave). For a mechanic of my game, I'm using light Pillars that you must Clear (an in-game map skill) to make passable. However, I can't apply the <Illegal Jump> notetag to one page only.
Just wanting to know here: how many agree with me that there needs to be more comment notetags about event-based plugins?
