Eventing: Fine Tuning v3.2
By V.M.
Introduction
You know what's boring? Having to conform to the guidelines set before you!
Really though, this adds a feature to fine tune the x, y position of an event's sprite through a script call in set move route

And now more!!
Now you can set the rotation, hue, zoom, as well as mirror effect or rotation of events!

And even more... waypoints and fades and self_switches and more!
And yet more.. like special jump and move commands that just make cutscenes easier

Features
- Fine tune the x, y position of an event's sprite through a script call
- Set rotation, hue, zoom, mirror effect, or rotation of events as well!
- Set move routes using waypoints
- Easily fade in and out events, change self_switches from within set move route, or randomly teleport

Screenshots
You should look at these, really

Holy Necropost Batman!

@Skyelarke, you notice that BonBon posted last back in April?

Hey, love the scripts. Sent ya a message, wondering if you got it or not. If not let me know here and I'll post it here (even though it's not really relating to this one but :p .

Thanks again for this script, allowed me to put an animation for my blacksmith/armor smith shop.

@Hyde, yes, but I wasn't speaking to BonBon so his last post shouldn't matter should it?

@Skyelarke, well, it wasn't his post I was pointing out. It was the fact that this thread went dead three months or so ago. Not that I have a problem with it, but that is very technically a necropost.

Personally, and I know I have no say in the matter, but I don't think the necropost rule should apply in some situations. The whole spirit of the rule was to prevent 'disruptive posts'. I hardly find a post where someone is chiming in to thank the original author as disruptive. I guess you could argue it as disruptive if the OP wasn't around anymore, but Vlue is still very active. It is an awesome script, why not thank him for it here?

If this wasn't necroposted, I wouldn't have found it! Sweet, going to use this for sure!

@ Vee, I wasnt meaning to attack Sky in any way or even say that he was wrong. I was simply joking around with him about the necro.

But I agree that Vlue should get some appreciation for this script as it is highly useful.

@Hyde,

I am sorry if I necroposted but I never believed in that rule. I believe in the 2nd amendment right to say whatever I want and to write whatever I want. If I have a problem with a script, regardless of how long it's been inactive, I believe I should post it for others to see and possibly help solve the problem. If I enjoy someone's hard work to make my life a lot easier, then I'm going to say it, even if the post hasn't been commented on in over a year. If this makes me a necro then oh well. If this makes me a newb, then I'll deal with it too. These are just words and mean nothing to me and I don't really care for the rules associated with them. In my opinion, those rules are the reason why I'm probably not getting a response on some of the other script posts (which are glitched). So, to appease the crowded masses, I shall cease to post here and shall simply let a good script die.

Whoa whoa whoa. I wasnt meaning harm, you realize that, right? I was playing around. And I stated that a few posts ago. I didnt care if you necroposted. I dont quite see why you would be mad, when, just before you posted that, I said that I originally meant it as a jest, a joke, not true.

Ya I've noticed people tend to not report bugs in the topic where the script is posted, but instead open a new topic just to report a bug.

Of course, they are directed to the script topic, but then when they post their report, someone else comes in and says something silly like "DUDE, WHOA, NECROPOST CHECK THE DATE!!"

Lol and then a mod comes around and locks the thread to prevent further necro-posting.

And then someone makes another topic to report a bug on the script in a general support forum, mod there tells the member to kindly post it in the script topic...but the script topic is locked to prevent further necro-posting.

Not sure if you are referring to this forum, but there's no necropost locks on complete script topics here. The only times I will let complete script topics gets locked is when the script is somehow unavailable and an alternate link cannot be found or when the TC requests it.

Also, hyde, don't backseat mod.

Ok, Mr. Bubble, I will stop what I was doing. But I would just like to go on record that I never intended to backseat mod. I said "Holy Necropost Batman" as a joke, playing around with the poster. I never meant that he was doing something wrong. Anyone that knows me at all will know that I am the guy who just likes to play around. If I offended anyone (particularly the original poster), I am horribly sorry. I apologize for coming off as rude as well as not stating sooner that I was just jesting.

And on topic, I would like to go out and just say this. Vlue is one of the hardest working scripters I know (and not just because I have spoken with him on MANY occasions). He truly deserves tons of good credit. And this particular script is maybe some of his best work yet. It truly can make game design easier and smoother, as well as give it more of a professional look and feel. The script is extremely easy to use (even for beginners), and I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. Make some room in your projects for this bad boy, it is a good one.

It is a good one, and now it's better. V2.0 if you will, with rotation, mirror, hue, flash, and zoom effects. Go nuts!

Any chance of some screenshots coming for the V2.0 updates? I'm excited to see them!

You did what Vlue?! My god, you have no idea how much more useful this is. I mean, it was already horribly useful, but now it is... just awesome.
