I've reached a tricky part in my game design and I'm not sure exactly how to proceed.  To set the scene, the party is exploring a forest community filled with tree houses and the like, the ancestral home of a group of mythical creatures.  What I want to happen is, after inspecting three tree stumps in the forest and finding a "mysterious glowing stone" in each tree stump, the party is transported to the place where the mythical creatures went.  Does anyone know a process that would allow me to trigger an event when an item total reached a particular level?  Any help would be appreciated.

You dont have to, because you allready have one :)

Let me explain:

Everytime you search those tree stumps you get an orb, just continue the Event and Control Variable1 = Glowing Items,

than ad a Conditional Branch if Variable1 is 3 or more, if yes do your Teleport and stuff, else do nothing.

I knew it had to be something like that.  My youth group loves this program but since it is so new, I have to stay one step ahead of them to answer questions so I'm always experimenting with the functions.  Thanks for the assist.

There are still other Ways or Ways slightly adjusted to solve this depending on the details needed.

You are welcome just ask if more questions or ideas come up you want to talk about.

"How do I...?" questions belong in the Support forum for the engine you are using.  So, based on the info under your avatar...

I've moved this thread to RPGMaker MV. Please be sure to post your threads in the correct forum next time. Thank you.

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such?
