Event upon attack

So for my combat system I need an event to trigger every time a character attacks an enemy. (The event includes a text pop up that prompts the user a multiple choice question and they have to answer it. a wrong answer means the attack fails, a right answer mean the attack goes through.) I searched event manager but couldn't find anything. Any ideas?

Have a common event attached to the skills and handle the questions in there.
However you'll need plugins for that to work because of the way the engine handle the common events by default, at minimum tsukihimes common event queue and perhaps modifications to whatever you're using as battle system.

Failing that I can only think of a troop event with span = moment triggered by a switch, and have that switch ON by damage coding in the skill while setting it OFF again at the end of the troop event.

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
