Event Trigger Current Version: v3.20

Introduction:
Ever wanted events to "touch" each other, well now you can!
Couldn't really find a way to do this in RMMV so I decided to write a plugin.

Features:
Run common events for when events touch each other. :cutesmile:

How to Use:
Setup the parameters and/or comments in events for when events touch each other to run common events.

Could it be possible to addapt the plugin to allow picture-collision triggering events? It would be an awesome feature.

Just want to clarify...


You mean pictures using the show picture command? That shouldn't be too difficult, might make a separate script for that though.

Yeh I guess that's it. Cidiomar had something about perfect pixel colision script on VXA so you can trigger conditions on events once they touch those pictures. As I know my english can be weird and I don't feel that I'm being simple, here's the script link of the issue in question http://www.rpgmakervxace.net/topic/2802-perfect-pixel-collision-updated/

I'm not requesting a port, just wanted to help improving with new features (even when they appeal into a new script ^^')

Is there a way to make this more generic?


Maybe event ID 1 triggers common event event 1 when it touches another event.

If this plugin can be restored for download i will happily try it out, I've always wanted to see if I can get my pedestrians to blurt out reactions when they bump into each other.


Will prefer to download it here instead of having to make an account for a website I will never be visiting often/at all.

Updated to be compatible with the new versions of MV.
Not really too efficient but can do the trick.

Perhaps I could be inspired to upgrade this super outdated plugin. :popcorn:

I've learned wayyy more javascript skills since this was created.

4 years ago, back then I didn't know how to create such that code... so in the current state of it sadly no you can't it's pretty limited...
Hmm... I suppose it has been 4 years and I've learned much more perhaps I will revisit this one...

no this is just like player touch but with 2 events like when to events "walk" into each other.

...I could do as you mentioned though possibly though, that would be pretty interesting..

That would be neat!
I've been looking for a plugin that could do that since, I wanted to be able to get 2 events, pick them up and drag em into each other and combine them into a new event.

I'm thinking in particularly like NPC's that may not be necessarily created in the room but capable of interacting with door events.

Wow getting a lot of comments/requests/ideas on this quite old one. That's awesome guys! Thanks for the ideas/questions. :)
