Everyone strikes twice ?!

I suddenly noticed a very strange thing:

Every time the normal attack is used, it strikes twice! My actors attack twice, the enemies attack twice...

Just what the hell did happen?

This started to happen when I updated a plugin ( TP upgrade by Some random Dude) but even if I turn it off it still happens. Nothing shows in the F8 log and I really dont know what could be the cause for this.

Does anyone have an Idea?

It's likely that the "Repeats" for the standard Attack command is set to 2.
