This might be a stupid question but I can't seem to find a solid answer and either way could be the case in my head.
When you set a sp or ex parameter which adjusts a pre-existing parameter, does it adjust it by a percentage of the current value, or simply adjust it by the specified amount?
For example, if the Target rate is set to 80%, and I have an effect that increases target rate by 5%, would that result in the target rate being 85% (as in 80% + 5%) or would it be 84% (as in 80% * 105%)?
