Extra Party Abilities

The Rpg maker series, for as long as i've been using it, has had something called "Party Abilities".


These were abilities that one actor had, but applied to the while party, for example:


Double Gold


Double item drop.


I've looked around, but I have failed to see any plugins regarding this.


Would it be possible to create a plugin that allows users to expand on these abilities?


In my game, players will be able to add guest to the party. These guest will not battle, but will be purposed to add party bonuses as long as they're in the party. They'll work like pets or companions with companion bonuses


Example:


NPC "Edward" joins the group -      Party receives 50hp or 10+ attack boost while in party


NPC "Ashima" joins the group -


  Party receives triple gold on enemy


NPC "Sadak" joins the group - 


  Party receives twice the ability points during battle.

For double gold, the engine has the ability under the traits menu. Place the trait for double gold on the actor. It is under Other, Party Abilities.


As for other item drops you can use Yanfly's Extra Enemy Drops with the condition that an actor is in the party or a skill is known to an actor.

As for the party receives 50hp and such, I recommend a combination of Yanfly's Passive states, Buff and States Core, and Passive Aura Effects.

Read the help files carefully, but they will do everything you need and are scalable.

I Checked into your suggestions. They are helpful, but I am looking more for something that will allow the Guest member to effect stats.


If you ever played Mabinogi (or probably any MMORPG at this point)


there are things called Titles. When the character puts on a title, it gives them benefits, but sometimes it gives them disadvantages. 


My game is working off a recruiting system. The player will go to different NPC's and have to recruit them over to the Faction. 


The Guest NPCs will give added bonuses to the party.


This way, the player will have to think about which NPCs he/she would like to add to the party.
