@estriole What causes the bug in "Return to Title" command? I think you don't have to respawn the .exe since the game will just return to the title screen.

Also, to achieve the 'load-respawn-load' scenario, you have to create an external file with the index number of the load file then just load it after respawning.

Isn't anyone having problems F12'ing the game when launched from Game.exe? It works just fine when launched from the editor, but from the .exe I get a "Unable to find file: Game".

I fixed this by editing pid = spawn ($TEST ? 'Game.exe test' : 'Game') with pid = spawn ($TEST ? 'Game.exe test' : 'Game.exe').

Hello.

By running this script, I get an error in line 80:



game_title = str.strip game_title.sub! ' - RPG Maker VX Ace', ''How I understand that this is due to the fact that the window title using the characters other than English.

Can somehow fix it?

Did you try replacing the "- RPG Maker VX Ace" part with what you have in your version?

It's crashed at line "game_title = str.strip".


it simply does not reach the next line "game_title.sub! ' - RPG Maker VX Ace', ''"

Actually, this is not a mandatory feature. It's there only to have the focus on your game window instead of the editor (since they share the same name).

If you don't mind having to switch the active window, you can change this line with:

game_title = "<my game title here>"

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
