Hello! I am wanting to use a faceset that is 96x96 pixels in size for individual face, does anyone know how to make that possible or maybe a plugin that'd help? Thanks in advance.

Can you clarify what your actual question is? Are you trying to resize RPG Maker's UI elements to make the smaller faces look appropriate?

Or, since you use the word scaling, are you wanting to make these smaller faces fit into the 144x144 slots?

You'd just use an image editor to do that.

You see, i want the faces to be 96x96 in size, since i'm going for something that Oneshot has.

However, scaling 96 to the default rpgmaker size is making it go 150%, and having it being not pixel accurate / distorted.

Tiny setback. Turns out my Title Screen image and one of my primary background & avatar images are AI Generated. Glad I went back and checked all my resource links. So I am in hot pursuit of replacement images. Which is fine since I was still missing some images that I need anyway.
