Fadeout Duration to the Load Scene

I would need to lengthen the duration of the fadeout from the title to the load screen with the savefiles. Would there be some way to adjust this?

We are talking about Ace, right?


Put this in a script call:


Fiber.yield while $game_message.visible
screen.start_fadeout(10)
wait(5)




start_fadeout controls how much time it takes to go completely black.
wait controls how many frames will it take for other processes to start after the initiation of the fade out.

From the title screen, not an event.  That also doesn't look like a valid script call.

@Shaz Dang it, I didn't really think about the title screen. The script call works fine, I think. I checked my project and I have it there too. If the difference in arrangement matters, then I apologize.

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
