"Failed to Load $BigMonster1"

So, in my game there do be this section where there is a Treant boss, and before the actual fight starts, you can see the out of battle $BigMonster1 sprite, and when I deployed the game to playtest it, it worked just fine, but when I sent the same deploy link to my friend, he ran into this message on that area: "Failed to load $BigMonster1" I sent him another link, I checked the files to see if it was there, and the $BigMonster1 file was in the game, nothing that we do seems to work, any tips? (also the message was only appearing in the map that the sprite was in, also I can't just not use these sprites because I have another boss where the cutscene relies entirely on the out of battle sprite)

Ah yes, thanks to that like, I now know exactly how to fix this issue

Let me ask you this - when was the last time you backed up? Can you afford to lose all the progress you've made since the last backup?
