Falcao Map Drops - sprite dispose error

If you stay in the same x and y coordinates of a map drop, access the main menu and go back, the game will crash.
"Error: line 116: RGSSError occured. disposed sprite"

This does not happen if say, a map drop doesn't appear more than once, due to self-switch, switch, or variable conditionals. I'm guessing it has to do with the update method thinking that there's still a dropped item there? Either way, I don't know how to fix this.

Updated my state Stacker Script on itch.io, github is down for some reason (probs just me).
