1. SYNOPSIS:
False Server is a dark, psychological, story-driven game about a game developer launching his discord server, while a pandemic is going on outside in the real world.

It's year 2037, there's another pandemic going on outside, and Discord has gone full virtual reality. Salik, a game developer (specifically, an RPG Maker user) has been working on his own server for 3 weeks. And today, is the day to launch it off, and open it to public. It just needs a final check-through, to make sure there aren't any bugs left.
And so the story begins: Lose your admin access, and check through the server as a normal member. As you do... someone might send a DM. Feel free to respond, and then get back to checking the server again. As you continue... you might want to keep an eye on what's going on outside. Some breaking news might be happening relating to the pandemic. Shouldn't be affecting you though, right? It's just everyday news.
Carry on... in your virtual reality. Far separate from the outside reality.

This story is based upon true events I experienced in the three weeks I spent working on my discord server (for the RPG Maker community). And some of the things I came to learn about in this period.

Gameplay:
You simply walk from point A to B, interact, read dialogues, and progress through the story.

5. DOWNLOAD: (Tech-Demo Available!)
There's around 45 minutes of story and content in the Tech-demo. All of it is finalized, and will not be changed or redone. So what's there, is polished.
In next updates to the game, more content will be added, and the story will progress.

really nice :p most people would fail the first couple of times unless they
know the way or cheat with short cuts :p

keep it up though.

As a test, I recreated Succour in a realistic 3D style:

I made this as a test, to see if I could create something like this if I wanted to. So I don't have any plans to use this in a particular way in the game. (I'll figure something out though. :D )

Heat has been making me lazy, and so I decided to procrastin- I mean, experiment a bit. (I should be working on the actual game...)

Anyways, I made a realistic looking 3D model of Succour and Codex (from the game), then made them into sprites, and played around with having them interact in a 2.5D scene.

I made this 2.5D scene as a test... but then I got ideas for a short story that takes place exclusively in this scene.

And so now, this part is official. And will be added to ⟁False Server as optional side-content. (Just need to finish and add the story.)

Update: I finished the combat arena! My goodness, it took a while! There were numerous little bugs to squash.

Hi regarding the 32 bit -> 64 bit
I am running on a 64 bit windows OS and tried doing this conversion. I converted all of the .exe files that I could find in the KADOKAWA\RPGMV folder using the 4gbpatch.exe file. However, after trying to access RPG Maker MV after this conversion, it simply will not load. Do you have any advice or any ideas?
****ing muscle memory: does anyone else habitually quit out of test play when they notice something they """HAVE""" to fix, in spite of the fact that you can now edit DURING test play?
