Description: A fantasy wagon designed for travel. I doesn't have to have animals attached, just the animated wagon moving.

You could try using one of PandaMaru's horseless Ace-carriages (if you own Ace). I would use the black one and not upscale it, that size should work for you. Maybe you can try to edit the wheels for a moving animation and mirror it.

Here unter Tilesets -> Zigeunerwagen she has a nice one, you could cut off the stairs and try to animate the wheels (though it would be a very huge wagon)

Avery, thanks a lot for your answer. Pandamaru's art works really well with yours, i often find. I'll try animate the wheels, but to be honest i'm not a good artist. For what i've seen in other animated vehicles, it's just to move some white pixels and colors to make the wheel appear to be spinning, right?

Also, i couldn't find her wagon on the Deustch site (the second one you provided). But i did found a lot useful art there, so thank you again.
