Let's see... for me it would be the Pokemon series. Loved that since childhood. I also like its abusive uncle, the Shin Megami Tensei series. And finally, Skies of Arcadia. Does anyone remember that game?

Hard to call it... It's a tie between the Pokemon series (they're really pumping them out lately. Got three of them for the 3DS and they're all excellent,) the Tales of series and the Star Ocean series.

Oh and lately I've been playing Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse and it's qickly climbing to the top of my list. Gonna have to check out the other Shin Megami Tensei games.

Lufia II: Rise of the Sinistrals. Heck, the series in general. If it was as widely publicized as with Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest, it will probably reach close to the magnitude of the popularity of those games. Obscure gem that is xD
