Fighting NPC Sprites For MV

Im using RPG Maker MV and i wanted to have a system where you talk to an npc and you can fight NPC sprites. My problem is that i dont know how to make the npc sprites appear on sideview battles and how to make them animated. I don't know if there is a plugin for this and if there is can you please give me the link. The picture below is the npc's i want to the player to fight against.

There are plugins for animated enemies.  One of them just does simple animations (stretching/distortion) but the other one uses actual animation.  I just don't remember if it expects enemy battler sprites to be formatted the same way as characters, or if there is one that will just use map sprites.  Have you searched?

I searched them up on google but coulden;t come up with anything usefull for animated npc's for battle. (ill try on mvplugins)
