Sorry to ask this, I looked everywhere and took the advice everyone gave others but the problem still isn't fixed.

My file is too big no matter what file type.

What should I do? It's just a demo.

Is the majority of the game audio or graphic files?  You can find this out by looking into your game folder.

Highlight Audio, and right click properties.  If the majority of your file size is here you can download audacity to help convert mp3 files into .ogg.  Make sure you select  File>Export>Select .ogg format, and under properties reduce quality to "0".

For about 30 songs it took me an hour or so to take a 212 meg demo down to 86 megs without RTP.  Use only songs for the demo, not for material that people won't be playing.

Highlight graphics and right click properties.  If the majority of file size is here it may be time to trim the tile sets, characters, and non rtp materials your using to a more "bare bones" state.  Like with the audio, only include material for the demo people will actually see.

If you are worried about trimming too much, save the game as a separate project or copy it's folder and name it "Demo".

What is "too big"?
Adding the RTP to the archive will add 200+ MB to it - but you can't play a game made with the default grafics without the RTP, so the player either has to download the RTP as a separate file (from the download links top right) or you have to include the RTP in your game.

You might try to selectively add only the needed RTP instead of the full RTP, but that is a lot of work and it might not reduce the size much (depends on how much of the RTP you've used in your game).

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
