Okay, while I know it was very hard to pull off in VX Ace, I'm fairly certain its more than possible with MV.
For those who are unaware of how this works or what the spere grid is, here's a couple videos:

And this one shows the grid system in action during live ATB combat.
The basic gist of what I'm requesting is this:
This system as I imagine it can be easily used in conjunction with yanfly's job system if designed to work with it or you could create it to be standalone.

- A Grid system that functions similarly or identically to this one
- The ability to allow the player to switch classes during turn based or ATB combat(Yanfly's ATB most likely)
- The option to add video transition scenes when the player switches classes.(Don't make it required for the game dev since not everyone can make custom animations and such)
