I am looking for plugin download link : Tile Changer and Change Tile Size by Shaz. But I can't access the page pastebin.com.
Can someone send me another link?

My region cannot access pastebin.com, can you send me those 2 plugins? Please

they work fine here, maybe your region has "blacklisted" them, but you can
set it on the white list on any browser to make them work normally.

not if the government has a complete block and filter at all main internet highways, and given the language set in that users profile I suspect that is what happens here.

and while there are ways around such blocks, in those countries the government sends the police after anyone suspected of hacking or circumventing their filters.

I didn't know that, as I mostly whitelist it or work my way around.

Pastebin doesn't work on my end either. I asked Shaz to rehost the plugin but they denied it, this was a while ago. The only way I can grab stuff from pastebin is via VPN.
