Well, with the release of SRPG Studio pretty much doing this and more and as well at the recent revelation of this, I hate to say I am cancelling this project- I also won't be releasing what was finished as a safety precaution (also, the project isn't in a usable state as is, anyway). I am sorry if I have given everyone's hopes up on this.
@JtheDuelist, That's okay man. I understand that this project wasn't always the main focus of your work and if it needs to be dropped for you to move on with other projects I support that decision. Thank you for updating all of the people on this thread as that is a brave thing to do that takes some courage. I hope you keep going on strong and making projects that you love.
Traps, detecting traps, and disarming traps including treasure traps have now been implemented into my Might and Magic-inspired project. If you don't want to get hurt, you better have a character who focuses on the perception skill, and you better have a character who focuses on the disarm skill!
