I’m guessing the too is Cat and the bottom is Kitten, right?
The only think I could think of to change is making the Kitten’s features appear younger.... everything else is perfect!

It'd require me redrawing the whole thing sadly, so I'm not sure if I can do that part since this was requested as an edit rather than a redraw. Unless you have an idea to make it more kitten-like, I can possibly edit if its minor enough.
