Flashlight Help!

(I don't know if this counts as a script ask if I already have the script, so I'm just going to put it here.)
I got the TerraxLighting plugin and I can't seem to get it to work. I got the code for it from another thread and tried it on mine, but nothing happens. Here is the code for the common event. I don't know what's wrong.

It would help if you gave a link to the plugin, and a link to the other thread.

How are you calling it?
Are you using the plugin for anything else? Does that work?
What plugins do you have?

And here are the other plugins I'm using. I'm trying to use an item, a flashlight, to turn on and off using a common event called "Use Flashlight."

I can link the actual game files, if needed.
