Flashlight to follow Main Character?

Hello everyone, as the title says, how can I make a flashlight to follow the playable character? Is there are any plug in or idea for this? I made an event of a transparency but I cant make it to follow the character and also I makes my game lag. Any ideas?

If it's a circular flashlight-type deal, just use a vignette.
