I created my own font using the website Fontstruct, in the font preview menu on my computer the pixels are very defined but when i try to use it in my game the letters look blurry. Does anybody know a possible fix for this?

Has to do with the resolution of your game and the resolution of your monitor / display. If they don't match your picture will get blurry. If you zoom in on a low resolution picture or make it big it will look blurry. If you're using MV you can change the resolution easily with a plugin but I really don't know about VX Ace or XP

So what you’re saying is that it’s a problem with my monitor and not my game? I did notice that the pixels in game are not as sharp as they could be but to me it seems like the font is blurrier than the rest of the game. I’ll have to take a second look at it but thanks for the response.

well, not your monitor per se since it's probably the standard 720p or 1080p by now (like everyone else has). It's just that the resolution of your game is so low that if you look at it in full screen instead of its original resolution, it will look blury. The problem is though that it would look this blury to anyone using a modern monitor / display

Oh ok, I’ll do some research about how to fix that. Thanks a lot!

Our latest feature is an interview with... me?!

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
