My internet is about a week's worth of groceries, and I'm tired of eating poor food. I like expensive healthy stuff.

+I'm broke.

$88 month for 14 mbit. I've heard of worse, in these small towns.

I'm going to see if I can cancel my internet tomorrow, if I didn't get a year contract.

This might do wonders for my housework and creative endeavors too.

I'm not going to downgrade, because this cancellation is for more reasons than money.

I've mentioned before, the forum addiction relie. I'm addicted to typing these oddly lined speeches.

This time it's real, because I'm pulling the plug.
So I guess this means goodbye for tomorrow and stuff.

I'll do my email stuff at the library or at my dad's.

I couldn't bring myself to cancel. I'm too internet dependent.
I've just decided to force myself use forums and stuff in moderation. I just don't want to do the 20-30-posts, all-nighters anymore. This thread is one of those sleep deprived posts. I don't really post anything at all.

@Jonforum That's my average speed too. However, you are paying too much for high-speed considering your average loaded server only puts out an average speed of this...

With modern computers you can receive data from TWO servers at the same time.

Come on, if you have to choose between internet and decent food then cancel your internet today. Access is an amazing human invention but when you get to the point where it counts among your necessities it's going to make you miserable.

Canceling your service doesn't have to be cold turkey, if you live near modern infrastructure you could get a cheap prepaid phone, don't buy data for it and connect to WiFi when you are in places that offer it. I'm living in two places at the moment and that's been all the access I've had for four months now just because it's not worth it to us to pay twice. Without an overpriced data plan our phones are about 80 a person per year too.

Dawww, bye bye for now, Mogwai-Kun. :kaocry:We're gonna miss ya.

But food is wayy more important than Internet, and eating yummy food comes first.

I've not actually left.

I've been a little absent lately, because I found the spark for my ComiPo Manga blog again (and ComiPo MV games),

and I've had my time consumed in something a little more productive, rather than poo-storming this poor forum with of all my instant thoughts and opinions.

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
