For movie buffs

Oh, man. Have you ever been in this situation, you remember a scene from a movie, but for the life of you can't remember the name of the movie. Only the stupidest part of it. Well, this is the thread to ask for that help. Like me, for example, I have a movie that I am looking for, so let's see if you can help me out.

Movie: It had a man and a woman, who was travelling some where, but I can't remember why. I suppose if I could, I could find it, but it had a very unique scene in it that might help out. It had a group of mutants, who were worshiping from a TV GUIDE and one of the chants they were singing was "LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE". Does anyone remember this movie?

any particular trait on the mutants?
I mean.... if anything, you'd think they'd stand out somehow!

The scene took place around some hills, a couch and a chair were seen in the scene.. the mutants were a religious cult of sort. My sibling and I always thought it was Cyborg, with Van Damme, only when we watched the movie it wasn't there. I thought, well, there must have been a TV version, only there wasn't, so... we've been looking for so long. It was that one scene that my father used to laugh about, so that's why we remember that one line.

Erm, sounds kinda like "A Boy And His Dog" (1975-76), but I'm not sure if there was a woman in that scene.
