For row formation plugin, how to make some skills can only attack certain rows?

Just as title said, I saw in intro video this plugin can help me to make some skills can only attack certain rows, but I can't find this setting/notetag/script anywhere. Can anyone please help? Thanks!

The problem is that you need the Selection Control plugin to specify the TARGET of the skill.


Row Formation plugin is for the USER.
