force enemy not to attack for several turns, but allow my party to attack the enemy

I would like to create a battle sequence where my party gets 10 turns to hit the enemy and during each of those 10 turns, the enemy party simply waits and does not hit me. Then on the 11th turn, the enemy group can strike at my party.


How would I implement such a scenario? Is there a tutorial for such a situation? Would javascript or a plugin even be needed or is the ability to do what I am asking to do built into RPGMaker MV natively?


I have the entire suite of yanfly plugins in my project, so if a plugin is needed, I would be most comfortable using the yanfly suite. I just need some guidance on how to approach what I want to do. 


Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

You can probably utilize the enemy AI something on the Enemy tab on your database to set each opponent as to not do anything for the first 10 turns. Or make a state which stops movement for 10 turns and add it to the enemy troop using troop events

Create an state with "Restriction: Cannot move" and "Duration in turns: 10 ~10" and put the entire enemy squad on this state whenever you want it (skill, troop event, etc).

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
