So, I want to create a skill that will give the user 100 TP at the cost of their HP. What would be a good formula that would calculate about 35% of the user's total HP based on their level?!

a.mhp * 0.35 if you want their max HP.
a.hp * 0.35 if you want current HP.

You'd want to classify it as HP damage, assuming the scope is The User (HP drain is for having the user gain HP based on damage dealt).

Note that there's a yanfly plugin floating around out there (skill core I think?) that lets you actually set hp as a cost so that it shows up just like mp costs, tp costs, etc and also doesn't let the actor/enemy use the ability if it would kill them. Makes the whole thing look cleaner and more professional.

Why yes, that actually does look cool. I think I'm going to implement it.

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such? No-one c
