I'm looking for freckles for the face but i can't seem to find any i can use already made parts that's fine with me

This is the closest I've seen right now.
It's part of hiddenone (and whtdragon) generator parts :

And if you're not using schlanagan's generator you ought to look into it as it's overall easier to add parts to and such than the built-in generator
