Hi, Diretooth here.
One thing I've been annoyed with was having just one game over screen to use in my games. I recently took said screen and edited and recolored it into several (semi) new designs. Of course, this being the GO screen from VX Ace, I don't claim any ownership or anything, it was a simple thing that didn't take too long.

I will eventually be working on making original game over screens in the future. (free for commercial and non-commercial, because everyone loves free stuff.)
UPDATE: I currently have seven screens, one of which is original to me.
NOTE: For some reason, it appears that Deviantart removed the download button, unless I'm mistaken and/or blind. To download it, right click on the image and click on 'save image as'.
