The explanation of that site sounds like it's abusing someone who needs a mapper and send him the ressource he bought.

Step -4- Do what he say.(More then he say to story writing and parralax mapping).

And why are the ressources not shown until you send an e-mail? Wouldn't it be easier to just post them, since you said they are free anyway, so people can decide which ones they need and what kind of ressources they can expect from your posted source.

Edit: Just re-read the page and it's clearly offering the DS ressources that you have to buy to use them! That's not allowed!

That it's not allowed! Same goes for ressources ripped from games. As long as you didn't make them yourself you are not allowed to share them without the creator allowing it.

You're not supposed to give away the stuff you bought for free. In fact that's in the EULA (End User License Agreement) upon buying the pack. That's the same as stealing and can get you into lawsuit. That is also an instant ban offense. Closed.
