Hey,
I work for an indie gaming blog called Reconnect Revolution and we are getting into the gaming scene ourselves - not just reviewing other people games anymore. I am extremely busy running everything that goes on and I need people who can be a good member of our team, but also not require too much guidance and really be able to figure out a lot by themselves and update us with progress reports. This is a job for people who are extremely creative and know where they are headded. I will give you an idea of what we want and I need you to turn that into a reality.
The game is inspired by a lot - it is a Horror RPG, with inspirations from Pokemon, Final Fantasy, Corpse Party and Alice in Wonderland. If this interests you at all, add me on skype. The game will have stunning visuals and will be exported to PC, Mac, iOS and Android. We have the latest RPG Maker software and are ready to go - I am just getting a team together.
I have RPG Maker MV and we are starting on this next generation platform which is extremely exctiting. You will not be some grunt who follows orders, you will be bale to express yourself in your artform inside the game. The game will be sold on Steam, Desura, iOS App Store, Google Play and hopefully even the Mac App Store - so everyone can play it. That will bring in a lot of revenue - so the project will be royalties. We will launch a kickstarter half way through in order to finance our operation and give all team members a cash reward. This is a long project and would love everyone here on board.
What we need:
Sprite Artist - Creating Characters
Level Designers - This is in order to create maps, etc. A copy of RPG Maker MV is required for this
Concept Artists
Animators - For the intro, trailer and cutscenes
Programmers and Scripters in Ruby
And anyone who is skilled and/or proficient in RPG Maker MV is welcome!
Also, a sound artist would be amazing! Need so much sounds done right now

I have a video upload of what we have so far. Everything is really a placeholder except for the main soundtrack because that is custom made for us. We are hoping to personalize the entire experience - making everything original and ours. Everything in the world will be intractable and useable - even the poker table. It will be an amazing RPG with no bounds. Being able to explore a haunted hogwarts type place with way more dark secrets
